Andrew Karras opened Eat Well Family Restaurant in 2006 because of
his passion for good cooking and serving the public. Andrew (known to
many as “Andy”) grew up working beside his Dad at
The Santa Maria Restaurant in Pineville, NC.
He says, “I inherited my passion for serving excellent food that people
can enjoy from him. I love seeing my customers walk out with a smile
on their face - it makes all of the hard work worth it.”
Andy’s favorite compliment from customers is when they tell him, “how
good the food is and how big the portions are.” He says that be
believes strongly in offering his customers excellent food, service, and
prices. When we asked him what he thinks is the best quality of his
community (Rock Hill, SC), he answered, “The closeness of everyone
in Rock Hill is amazing. Everyone welcomed me with enthusiasm and
open arms. I knew then I was home.”
