Faith Plumbing, LLC, is owned by Robert “Bob” McElrath (a master
plumber) and his wife, Sherry. In 1997 they decided to start the
business because they wanted to own their own business - one which
would provide quality work and excellent customer service. For more
than 10 years they’ve maintained that standard.
When asked what they felt was the most important aspect of good
customer service, they said, “It’s simple. Customer service is about
doing the right thing by our customers. We strive to provide quality
work and fair prices and we do what it takes to make sure the job is
done right!” This attitude has enabled them to build long-term
relationships with their customers and, in-turn, with the friends and
family referred by those customers.
Sherry is a lifetime resident of Rock Hill and Bob has lived in the area
for more than thirty years. They are active members of the First Baptist
Church in Rock Hill and enjoy missions and volunteering. Bob
is currently training with the South Carolina Baptist Disaster Relief
Group which helps provide support to those is need in emergency
situations.
