Lee Rowley is the sole owner of Frugal Blinds & Shutters, Inc. His
wife, Barbara, helps with paperwork and estimates. They both enjoy
living in the Lake Wylie area and say, “This is a beautiful and growing
area with the benefit of both lakes and mountains within short
distances. There is a small town feel with the amenities of the big city
available. The people who live here are so friendly and helpful.” They
are a kind couple who also do a lot of volunteer work in and around
the community. Lee even volunteers with the River Hills / Lake Wylie
Emergency Squad!
Lee started the business three years ago after working with a regional
blind manufacturer doing installations and repairs. When asked what
he most enjoyed about his business, Lee answered, “The people. I
love meeting new homeowners and helping them through the decision
making process of choosing the right products from the myriad of
choices available in the market place today. It inspires me and brings
me great satisfaction to help a homeowner create a window treatment
that enhances and beautifies their home.”
